STATISTICS IN THE LEARNING CENTRE

This week we are studying statistics in maths.

As a digital classroom, we focus on using technology with our learning to enable the students to
complete tasks at a higher level than they could have done without the technology. Today the students entered their measurement data into a shared google document. They could see everyone's data being entered at the same time!  A shared google doc means multiple people can write on the same document from different devices all at the same time!

The students gathered data today by measuring parts of their body including their height, popliteal length (ask your child what this is), wrist circumference, index finger length to name a few!

Then students completed a survey on the census at school wedsite for us to use during the week.
