The Learning Centre students have produced an interesting range of speeches exploring topics from war to friends to obesity.
Students have shared their speeches to their peers in a class competition this week!

The class speech competition was judged by a judging panel: Mrs Taylor, Shyne (Y6), Mereani (Y8), Prentice (Y8), Karly (Y7), and Sariah (Y8). The panel were chosen during our initial sharing and feedback/feedforward sessions last week. These students showed excellence, fairness and maturity in their listening skills, specific feedback, and structured feedforward, that they provided to their peers, based on the speech judging criteria.

The judging panel would like to congratulate the following students who have been selected to represent our class in the 2015 Lake Rerewhakaaitu School Speech Competition tomorrow, 10 September 2015, at 11am in the Rerewhakaaitu Hall.
